Salient Features

Automatic Delivery: According to different paper-weight, paper down speed can be designed variously, uses the lowest energy to keep the best effect.

Smooth Delivery: Tunnel-type air suction has been adopted in the whole machine, so that the paper will go smoothly and delivered orderly.

U.V. Coating: Varnish is controlled by frequency-converting speed regulation.

Reflectors: Imported elliptilal Aluminum Reflectors with heat sink extrusion and fitted with replaceable imported mirror finished anodized aluminum sheet with pneumatic shutter Mechanism. All pneumatics system is from SMC. Compressed air is to be given to the Module. ().

UV Curing: U.V. Module with pneumatic Shutter Mechanism (2 Lamp & 2 Transformer and Control Gears).

UV Lamp: One Linear tubular medium pressure Ultra Violet Quarts Lamps 8 KW (200 W/I) from UK.

IR Drying: for IR Drying and hot air.
